Solara Development

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

This policy explains how Solara Development handles information submitted through this website and how optional analytics and marketing technologies are controlled.

1. Information you provide

When you submit an assessment request, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, message and the simulator scenario attached to the form. The scenario may include country, category, energy consumption, target offset, self-consumption, estimated system size, CAPEX, payback, IRR and NPV.

2. Why we use it

We use inquiry data to respond to your request, assess whether a feasibility study is relevant, prepare preliminary analysis, maintain business records and protect the website from abuse. Submitting the form does not require accepting analytics or marketing cookies.

3. Essential storage

The site stores your cookie preference in browser local storage under a versioned Solara consent key. This is necessary to remember your selection. The simulator itself runs locally in your browser and does not need advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Interactive regional map

The markets section uses a self-hosted Leaflet map engine and bundled geographic boundary data to display a real coordinate-based regional map. The map does not contact an external map or tile provider and is not connected to the simulator lead form.

5. Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is not loaded until you consent to analytics. When enabled, it may collect information such as page path, browser/device information and interaction events. We use it to understand site performance and simulator usage. Google’s own terms and retention settings also apply.

6. Optional marketing

LinkedIn Insight is not loaded until you consent to marketing. Meta Pixel is currently disabled because no active Pixel ID is configured. No LinkedIn noscript tracking image is included. If a Meta Pixel is configured later, this policy and the consent panel must continue to identify it before activation.

7. Giving and withdrawing consent

You can reject all optional technologies, allow analytics only, accept all, or customize your choice. Use the persistent “Cookie settings” control at any time. If you withdraw consent after a third-party script was loaded, the page reloads and the script is blocked on the next page view.

8. Service providers

  • Netlify may process hosting and form-submission data.
  • Google processes analytics data only after analytics consent.
  • LinkedIn processes Insight Tag data only after marketing consent.
  • WhatsApp and LinkedIn receive data only when you choose to open their external links.

9. Data retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential engagement, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Third-party platforms may apply their own configured retention periods.

10. International transfers

Hosting, analytics, business communication and professional-networking providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards should be used.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email aliabdalllah95@gmail.com.

13. Important limitation

This policy is an operational website notice, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. The business should review it when adding new vendors, pixels, countries, data uses or retention practices.
