Annual cash flow
Project cash flow excludes financing. Equity cash flow includes straight-line principal repayment and interest.
O&M and replacement
Routine O&M is the base contract. Add cleaning, inspection and monitoring only when excluded from that contract. Replacement is a separate cash outflow in the selected year, inflated at the OPEX escalation rate.
